Unspecified	0	Scan type not specified.
Static	1	A static (single point) measurement.
Continuous	2	A continuous (streaming) scan.
StepRepeat	3	A step-and-repeat acquisition.
FilterScan	4	A filter scan.
FilterImage	5	A filtered image acquisition.
StreamLine	6	StreamLine scan mode.
StreamLineHR	7	High-resolution StreamLine mode.
PointDetector	8	Measurement using a point detector.
