IReadableColumn Interface

Represents a vector-like structure whose elements can be read as AltaxoVariant values.

Syntax

The IReadableColumn type exposes the following members.

Properties

	Name	Description
	Count	Gets the count if this column has a defined count; otherwise null.
	FullName	FullName returns a descriptive name for a column for columns which belongs to a table, the table name and the column name, separated by a backslash, should be returned for other columns, a descriptive name should be returned so that the user knows the location of this column
	Item	The indexer property returns the element at index i as an AltaxoVariant.
	ItemType	Gets the type of the colum's items.

	AsEnumerable(Int32)	Returns an enumerable collection of elements.
	Clone	Creates a new object that is a copy of the current instance. (Inherited from ICloneable)
	GetRootDataColumn	Traverses the given (probably transformed) column recursively down to the bottom to retrieve the underlying root DataColumn, if present.
	IsElementEmpty	Returns true, if the value at index i of the column is null or invalid or in another state comparable to null or empty
