StatisticsQuantileCustomFunc(IEnumerableNullableDouble, QuantileDefinition) Method

Estimates the tau-th quantile from the provided samples. The tau-th quantile is the data value where the cumulative distribution function crosses tau. The quantile definition can be specified to be compatible with an existing system.

Return Value

FuncDouble, Double
A function that returns the quantile for a given tau according to the specified definition, ignoring null entries.

Usage Note

In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type IEnumerableNullableDouble.
