The value where the density is evaluated.
alpha  Double
The stability parameter (0.1 <= alpha <= 0.2).
precision  Double
Goal for the relative precision.

Temporary storage that can be reused between calls.

Return Value

Double
The probability density at x.
Remarks
For small x (around 1E-16), the accuracy at alpha = 0.1 is only about 1E-7.
