BandMatrix(Int32, Int32, Int32) Constructor

Create a new square band matrix with the given order and bandwidths. All stored cells of the matrix will be initialized to zero.

Parameters

order  Int32
The number of rows and columns.
lowerBandwidth  Int32
The number of sub-diagonals stored below the main diagonal.
