Create a new band matrix and initialize each stored value using the provided init function.

Parameters

rows  Int32
The number of rows.
columns  Int32
The number of columns.
lowerBandwidth  Int32
The number of sub-diagonals stored below the main diagonal.
upperBandwidth  Int32
The number of super-diagonals stored above the main diagonal.
init  FuncInt32, Int32, Double
The initialization function for each stored entry.

BandMatrix
The created band matrix.
