Spike |
public class SpikeRemovalByEnsembleStatistics : IEnsemblePreprocessor, ISingleSpectrumPreprocessor, IEquatable<SpikeRemovalByEnsembleStatistics>
The SpikeRemovalByEnsembleStatistics type exposes the following members.
| Name | Description | |
|---|---|---|
| SpikeRemovalByEnsembleStatistics | Initializes a new instance of the SpikeRemovalByEnsembleStatistics class |
| Name | Description | |
|---|---|---|
| EliminateNegativeSpikes | When true, negative spikes will be considered for elimination in addition to positive spikes. | |
| MaximalWidth | Maximum allowed width for a detected spike (in sample points). Wider events are not considered spikes and will be ignored by the peak elimination routine. | |
| MinimalSignalToNoiseRatio | Minimal signal-to-noise ratio required for processing. Values below this threshold may be considered too noisy for reliable spike detection. | |
| NumberOfSigmas | Number of standard deviations used to extend percentile-based bounds when detecting outliers. Larger values make the spike detector less sensitive. |
| Name | Description | |
|---|---|---|
| Execute(Double, MatrixDouble, Int32) | Executes the processor for an ensemble of spectra. | |
| Execute(Double, Double, Int32) | Executes the single spectrum processor. By definition, in an ensemble preprocessor this does nothing. | |
| ExecuteForPrediction | Processes the spectra for prediction. For prediction it is necessary to use the auxiliary data previously evaluated by Execute(Double, MatrixDouble, Int32), in order to apply the same treatment to the spectra. | |
| Finalize | Allows an object to try to free resources and perform other cleanup operations before it is reclaimed by garbage collection. (Inherited from Object) | |
| FindOutliers | Finds outlier points per spectrum by examining the distribution of values across the ensemble at each wavelength (column). For every column the method determines percentile bounds and flags values outside the computed bounds as outliers. | |
| GetPercentileBounds | Computes robust lower and upper bounds from the provided sorted data by taking the values at lowerPercentile and upperPercentile and extending the interval by multiplier standard deviations estimated from the percentile range. | |
| GetType | Gets the Type of the current instance. (Inherited from Object) | |
| MemberwiseClone | Creates a shallow copy of the current Object. (Inherited from Object) |
