ObjectOutlineForArrangementsWrapper Class

Provides a simple wrapper that converts from an IObjectOutline to an IObjectOutlineForArrangements. This wrapper should be used sparse, since IObjectOutline is in most cases a little bit larger than IObjectOutlineForArrangements.
