NonnegativeMatrixFactorizationBaseErrorHistory Class

Stores the history of (relative) error values to determine convergence. For the ACLS algorithm, we stop if the error value increases for a number of iterations. Furthermore, we stop if the expected gain in error (from now to the maximum number of iterations) is below a certain tolerance.
