PolynomialRegressionAsInterpolation Class

Provides an IInterpolationFunction implementation that evaluates a polynomial regression fitted via SVD.

The PolynomialRegressionAsInterpolation type exposes the following members.

Constructors

	PolynomialRegressionAsInterpolation	Initializes a new instance of the PolynomialRegressionAsInterpolation class. The default regression order is 2.
	PolynomialRegressionAsInterpolation(Int32)	Initializes a new instance of the PolynomialRegressionAsInterpolation class using the specified regression order.

Properties

	Name	Description
	Fit	Gets the fit. This property is only valid after the Interpolate(IReadOnlyListDouble, IReadOnlyListDouble) function has been called. Note that the x-values of the fit were transformed, using XMean and XScale in the manner of xt = (x - XMean) * XScale; see TransformXToInternalRepresentation(Double).
	RegressionOrder	Gets the polynomial regression order (degree) used for fitting.
	XMean	Gets the mean of the set of x-values used for the fit.
	XScale	Gets the inverse of the half span of the set of x-values used for the fit.

	TransformXToInternalRepresentation	Transforms the x-value to the internal x-value, that can be used in conjunction with the fit parameters to get the y-value.
