Properties

	CenterPosition	Gets the center position of the bin.
	LowerBound	Gets the lower boundary of the bin.
	UpperBound	Gets the upper boundary of the bin.
	ValueCount	Gets the number of ensenble data that were sorted into this bin.
	Width	Gets the width of the bin. i.e. the difference between the UpperBound and the LowerBound of the bin.
