	Name	Description
	SparseOfRowVectors(IEnumerableVectorT)	Create a new sparse matrix as a copy of the given row vectors. This new matrix will be independent from the vectors. A new memory block will be allocated for storing the matrix.
	SparseOfRowVectors(VectorT)	Create a new sparse matrix as a copy of the given row vectors. This new matrix will be independent from the vectors. A new memory block will be allocated for storing the matrix.
