ZipFileProjectArchiveManagerWithoutClonedFileGetArchiveReadOnlyThreadSave Method

Gets an archive, for read-only purposes only. The call to this function should be thread-safe. It is required to call ReleaseArchiveThreadSave(Object, IProjectArchive) to release the returned archive if it is no longer in use.
