Parameters

isEnabled  Boolean
If set to true, the scrollbar is enabled.

The scroll value.
maximum  Double
The maximum value of the scroll bar.

Size of the scrollbars view port (length of the thumb).
largeIncrement  Double
The large increment value.
smallIncrement  Double
The small increment value.
