Returns the order statistic (order 1..N) from the sorted data array (ascending).

Parameters

data  Single
Sample array, must be sorted ascendingly.
order  Int32
One-based order of the statistic, must be between 1 and N (inclusive).

Return Value

Single
The order-th smallest value, or NaN if order is out of range.
