Creates a new ParameterSet with updated fixed parameter values and inclusive lower and upper bounds for each parameter.

Parameters

fixedParameters  IReadOnlyListNullableDouble
A list of parameter values to fix. If an element is not null, the corresponding parameter is set to this value and marked as not varying.
lowerBounds  NullableDouble
An array of nullable double values representing the inclusive lower bounds for each parameter. If an element is not null, the corresponding parameter's lower bound is set to this value and marked as inclusive.
lowerBoundsExclusive  Boolean
An array of boolean values indicating whether each lower bound is exclusive. If an element is true, the corresponding parameter's lower bound is exclusive.
upperBounds  NullableDouble
An array of nullable double values representing the inclusive upper bounds for each parameter. If an element is not null, the corresponding parameter's upper bound is set to this value and marked as inclusive.
upperBoundsExclusive  Boolean
An array of boolean values indicating whether each upper bound is exclusive. If an element is true, the corresponding parameter's upper bound is exclusive.

Return Value

ParameterSet
A new ParameterSet instance with the specified fixed parameters and updated inclusive bounds applied.
Remarks
The returned ParameterSet is a copy of the original with modifications applied. Parameters not specified in the input lists retain their original values and bounds.
