Parameters

rowsA  Int32
The number of rows in the A matrix.
columnsA  Int32
The number of columns in the A matrix.
s  Complex32
The s values returned by SingularValueDecomposition(Boolean, Complex32, Int32, Int32, Complex32, Complex32, Complex32).
u  Complex32
The left singular vectors returned by SingularValueDecomposition(Boolean, Complex32, Int32, Int32, Complex32, Complex32, Complex32).
vt  Complex32
The right singular vectors returned by SingularValueDecomposition(Boolean, Complex32, Int32, Int32, Complex32, Complex32, Complex32).
b  Complex32
The B matrix.
columnsB  Int32
The number of columns of B.
x  Complex32
On exit, the solution matrix.
