Parameters

buffer  Byte
A byte array to contain random numbers.

ArgumentNullExceptionbuffer is a null reference ( in Visual Basic).
Remarks
Each element of the byte array is set to a random number greater than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to MaxValue.
