Parameters

nominator  Int64
Number for which neighboring divisors are sought.
searchCenter  Int64
Value around which divisors are searched.
searchMaximum  Int64
Maximum prime factor allowed when factoring nominator.

Return Value

ListInt32
A list containing up to two elements: the closest divisor less than searchCenter and the closest divisor greater than searchCenter.
