Wraps a section of an original vector into a new vector.

Parameters

vector  IReadOnlyListInt32
Original vector.
start  Int32
Index of the start of the section to wrap.
usedLength  Int32
Length (=number of elements) of the section to wrap.

Return Value

IReadOnlyListInt32
An IReadOnlyListT that contains the section from start to start+len-1 of the original vector.

Usage Note

In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type IReadOnlyListInt32. When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter. For more information, see Extension Methods (Visual Basic) or Extension Methods (C# Programming Guide).
