Adds two matrices together and returns the results.

leftSide DenseMatrix: The left matrix to add.
rightSide DenseMatrix: The right matrix to add.

Return Value

DenseMatrix
The result of the addition.

Exceptions

ArgumentOutOfRangeException	If leftSide and rightSide don't have the same dimensions.
ArgumentNullException	If leftSide or rightSide is .

Remarks

This operator will allocate new memory for the result. It will choose the representation of either leftSide or rightSide depending on which is denser.
