Fills an array with samples generated from the distribution.

Parameters

rnd  Random
The random number generator to use.
values  Double
The array to fill with the samples.
mean  Double
The mean (μ) of the normal distribution.
stddev  Double
The standard deviation (σ) of the normal distribution. Range: σ ≥ 0.

Return Value

a sequence of samples from the distribution.
