Parameters

mean  Double
The mean (μ) of the logistic distribution.
stddev  Double
The standard deviation (σ) of the logistic distribution. Range: σ > 0.
randomSource  Random  (Optional)
The random number generator which is used to draw random samples. Optional, can be null.
