Parameters

rnd  Random
The random number generator to use.
values  Double
The array to fill with the samples.
location  Double
The location (μ) of the distribution.
scale  Double
The scale (b) of the distribution. Range: b > 0.

Return Value

a sequence of samples from the distribution.
