Parameters

shape  Int32
The shape (k) of the Erlang distribution. Range: k ≥ 0.
rate  Double
The rate or inverse scale (λ) of the Erlang distribution. Range: λ ≥ 0.

The location at which to compute the cumulative distribution function.

Return Value

Double
the cumulative distribution at location x.
